- In a bowl, mix together butter, cinnamon, and keto sugar alternative until it is well combined.
- Add cream cheese and eggs to the mixture and continue mixing until fully incorporated.
- Slowly add in almond flour while stirring continuously to avoid clumping.
- Mix in vanilla extract and baking powder before adding in water one tablespoon at a time until dough becomes soft but not too wet or sticky (you may need more or less than 3 tablespoons).
- Roll out dough into a rectangle shape on a parchment paper-lined with waxed paper or silicone mat so that the edges are hanging over the sides of the surface you’re working on for easy removal later when cutting them into shapes.
- Then they are rolled into buns to make 10-12 rolls out of each tray.
