Banana smoothie is a healthy, sugar-free, and vegan recipe.

But when it comes to weight loss, personally, I have not been benefited from banana smoothies for weight loss.

Banana smoothie is high in dietary fiber that may aid in weight loss.

Overall it is a very healthy smoothie drink and you can add it to your weight loss diet if you can limit the carb and calorie content for the day.

HOW TO MAKE A BANANA SMOOTHIE WITH JUST 4 INGREDIENTS

This is a banana smoothie recipe with milk and yogurt.

BANANA SMOOTHIE RECIPE (1)

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 Large Banana
  • ⅓ cup of yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon honey (Depending on how sweet you like)
  • ⅓ cup of milk (add more milk depending on the consistency you want)

Optional ingredients:

This easy-to-make banana smoothie can be made tastier by adding some optional ingredients.

  • 3 drops of vanilla essence or,
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon powder for flavor

I actually love smoothies with vanilla essence. You should try and say to me if you liked it too.
